Ordering

Ordering is simple with us. All you need to do is call or email us with your job requirements, we will then confirm the price for your job, next all you have to do is send us your material by post - we recommend special delivery and that you retain a backup copy for peace of mind. You may also use our uploader to transfer your artwork & data files. (Please find the blue upload folder below).

How to Pay

Payment is made by credit card or cheque, we also accept payment by BACS. We accept the following cards: VISA -VISA DEBIT - VISA ELECTRON - MASTERCARD - MAESTRO - SOLO.

Please make cheques payable to: Discsmart Disc Services (Cheques should be sent along with the order.)

If payment is made by card we will require card details up front. 50% of the invoice total will be charged upon receipt of master discs and artwork, the remaining total will be charged on job completion and day of dispatch. 

Delivery

• All UK orders are dispatched using our next day courier service.  

• International delivery available by request.

Please use the blue upload folder below to upload files directly to our server. Please note: You may need to obtain a password before being able to log on our servers. Please contact us for your unique password. 

Legal Information

By using our services you must be responsible and ensure that you own the rights to any music, data and artwork contained within the materials that you ask us to duplicate.  Please check through MCPS whether you are required to apply for a license. 

Copyright Information

Discsmart will not be held liable for any copyright infringements resulting from unauthorised use of copyright material. If your CD / DVD or Blu-Ray is for promotional purposes only, this should be clearly stated on your artwork on-body disc and paper parts i.e PROMOTIONAL COPY - NOT FOR SALE.
